Designing mountain journeys that move beyond the expected
Daniel’s approach to guiding begins with a simple idea. The best journeys feel effortless, even when they are carefully designed.
Raised in Sweden, where skiing and exploring the outdoors are part of everyday life, he developed an early connection to movement in the mountains. Over time, that foundation expanded into a broader pursuit of exploration across the Alps and beyond.
Along the way, Daniel discovered that the most meaningful travel goes beyond terrain. It is found in the details. The rhythm of moving from place to place, the character of a village, the shared moments at the end of a long day.
That perspective became the foundation for Pollux.
Today, Daniel designs and leads journeys with a clear intention. Routes are chosen with care. Days unfold naturally. Every detail is considered, but nothing feels forced.
For him, guiding is not about covering ground. It is about helping people experience a place fully, with confidence, clarity, and ease.
